stage one
Application
Shell LiveWIRE Programme Managers in each country invite applications from the most innovative alumni enterprises focused on energy solutions and sustainability, to have set up in the past five years. The Top Ten innovators 2018 provides three award categories - Energy Solutions, Retail Supply Chain and Social Enterprises. Applications close: 15.00 hrs UK time on 11th May.

Voting
Voting and Assessment: 21 applicants will have their videos hosted on the Top Ten Innovators website, and people from all over the world can vote for their favourite, most innovative, business via a global online public vote; the voting will contribute towards an overall assessment score, to determine the top ten businesses. The public voting opens on the 25th June and closes on 1st July.
stage three
Awards
The top ten ranking applicants from the assessment and voting stages go forward to an international panel, who will select the winners and runners up in each of the 3 awards categories - Energy Solutions, Retail Supply Chain and Social Enterprises. One winner will receive US $20,000 and two runners-up will each receive US $10,000. There will also be an Outstanding Achievement award of US $10,000 which will be selected from the 21 finalist enterprises facing the online public vote. Each of the 10 winners will also receive mentoring support by a Shell expert, the opportunity to benefit from market linkages and global exposure, the possibility to be considered as a vendor to Shell (Retail) and can participate in an exciting global 2-day Top Ten Innovators event in Q4 2018. (Travel and accommodation cost of the Top Ten Innovators will be borne by Shell LiveWIRE International.)
